Windows:

Download .zip file and unpack in a location of your choice, open the SCP-067-A file, then click on the 'Tyrannobuilder' icon which appears at the bottom of the list.

Wait for the game to load and then click 'New Game' on the SCP-607-A title screen.

Sit back and enjoy~!
